Company Owns Content Posted on Their Company’s Social Media Platforms
Any content posted on any company social media platform is owned by the company. Therefore the company may copy all information and any such communications, for any purposes. Such purposes include but are not limited to marketing and development of software. Therefore, please do not publish any confidential or proprietary information because Company is free to use that information as it wishes.
Company Does Not Warrant the Accuracy of Social Media Content
The sender of any communications to any Company social media platform or otherwise, shall be responsible for the content and information contained therein including its truthfulness and accuracy. The information published by both Company and the contributor is not guaranteed to be up to date, correct, complete or free from technical inaccuracies. Company is not responsible for updating and maintaining information on any of its social media platforms and gives no assurances that problems with a social media platform will be resolved by Company.
Views and Opinions Expressed on the Social Media Platform
The views and opinions expressed in the social media content represent that of the individual who is publishing them and are not the views and opinions of the company.
Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, photos, and images used in conjunction with the company’s social media content are copyright © Company, Inc. Company retains ownership and control of its intellectual property at all times and under all circumstances.
Distinction between Non-Company Websites
Any third-party resources that are linked from a Company social media platform are not warranted by Company. Company makes no representation or commitments regarding them. Moreover, Company is not responsible for external sites nor is liable for any of the external sites content, services or products.
Right to Monitor
Company reserves the right to monitor any and all content regardless of who the contributor is. Monitor shall include the use of posting, editing, and redacting content.
Aggregate Data
When browsing the social media, anonymous information is passively gathered using cookies, internet tags, log files along with other technologies and is automatically transmitted to the social media site. This information gathered may include the site you just navigated from and your IP address. The information is collected for purposes of better service to site viewers, analysis of statistics and trends, and improve and customize the site for your use.
